Non-Faulty Returns

For non-faulty goods, the Consumer Contracts Regulations give you a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify the retailer that you'd like to cancel your order to return the goods. 

Returns are made at the buyers expense. No shipping costs can, or will, be refunded.


When returning a faulty order:

  • Ensure all parcels are marked as a 'Return'
  • Send using a Tracked and Insured service. I take no responsibility for any lost returns.
  • Enclose a copy of your order, or a note, including your full name, email address, postal address and order number
  • Include a detailed description of the fault.
All goods returned as faulty and found to have a fault, within 12 months of purchase will be repaired / replaced and returned free of charge.

Any fault that is found to be caused by improper use or an attempt to solder or repair by the buyer will be subject to a repair fee and return shipping costs.

Any return found not to be faulty will incur a standard service charge of £15.00 + Return shipping costs.
